There is the required advertising in the Sheffield Property Guide and no matter what the house value, all our property advertising is in full colour within The Telegraph.
Each property can be found on www.msmrealestate.co.uk and our mailing list is updated constantly with more and more contacts added daily.
When we receive a new instruction to sell a property we have detailed information allowing us to arrange viewings before a property has been advertised or had a For Sale board supplied.
Your negotiator will be familiar with your property and your personal requirements and will be able to advise prospective purchasers accordingly.
